Black Forest

This is a treed community. All properties are 2.5 to 5 acres tucked into a healthy, mature Ponderosa Pine forest. Woodmoor

You will find this neighborhood just east of our major north-south highway, I-25. It is a community of properties ranging from .25 acres to 1 acre. Woodmoor gets its name from the mature pine trees that adorn the vast majority of lots. In addition, many of these homes boast wonderful views of Pikes Peak, and the Air Force Academy which lies only a couple of miles south. The earliest homes were built in the late 1960s and the newest are still under construction. The Woodmoor Pines Country Club offers an 18-hole golf course, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts and a fitness center, as well as a clubhouse with formal and informal dining. Woodmoor has its own security force and fire station and is home to the school district's beautiful new Palmer Ridge High School as well as Lewis Palmer Elementary School and Lewis Palmer Middle School. Bent Tree

This is a very popular neighborhood in the Tri Lakes area. Tucked just south of Hwy. 105 and just west of Roller Coaster Road, it is convenient to all D-38 schools, to either north-south commuting route of Hwy 83 or I-25, and only minutes away from four golf courses. There are tall pines on almost every lot. Some home sites boast amazing mountain views while others are nestled into the privacy of trees. The earliest homes built in Bent Tree were in the late 1980s and new homes are still being built. Covenants protect this neighborhood's home values. As with all of our acreage properties, individual home sites are serviced by private well and septic systems.
